1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Di-Revol's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Di-Revol provides design, development, marketing, content, and AI services as described on our website. Specific terms for each project are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All work product created by Di-Revol becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Di-Revol retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Project fees are outlined in individual proposals. Payment is due per the milestone schedule agreed upon. Late payments may result in work suspension. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Limitation of Liability
Di-Revol's liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration before litigation.
